Katie at Simply & Forever was fantastic to work with from start to finish! We used her for 'day-of coordination' but truthfully she provided so much more than just day-of assistance! My mom and I met with her a few times to talk about the wedding day, rehearsal, logistics, décor arrangement and advice. Her expertise was invaluable as my mom and I wouldn't have been able to coordinate with vendors the week of the wedding and on the big day! I trusted her completely to execute my vision of the perfect wedding day. My bridal party was especially impressed with the little pocket-sized schedule of events to keep everyone timely. My advice: find money in your budget to use Simply & Forever's services. It was seriously THE best investment out of the whole wedding budget. My mom & dad, in-laws and bridal party were able to relax and enjoy the wedding day without silly worries such as putting out the wedding programs, taking flowers from the church to the reception or making sure that the band had arrived on-time. Katie's professionalism and knowledge of the St. Louis bridal vendor market is unparalleled. Even 9 months later, my mom and I still talk about Katie and her wonderful service to ensure that we had the happiest day of our lives.

We hired Katie for "month of coordination" and there isn't enough room here to describe what a wonderful addition to our wedding team she was. We had already done a majority of the planning for our wedding, but when it came down to getting all of the little stuff done before the wedding and the execution the day of, Katie was an invaluable resource. We live in California and were getting married in Clarksville, MO so Katie was truly our woman on the ground in Saint Louis. Right off the bat she asked us what we still had left to plan and she was ready with recommendations and offers to help us book any vendors we still needed to nail down. She went above and beyond to help us get everything done, including driving to Clarksville multiple times, meeting with all of our vendors, working out the last of our wedding styling issues and tracking down linens for me. We also had her help us design our welcome gift bags for the out of town guests which turned out to be one of the highlights of the wedding. Our guests are still talking about how awesome the bags were. We were unsure for a long time about whether we needed to hire a planner to help, but I can definitively say that it was some of the best money we spent and I can't imagine not having had Katie there to make sure everything went smoothly. The best part was she not only worked seamlessly with our other vendors, but she became a friend of ours through the process so it was a lot of fun to have her there to help that day. If there was any way that my (now) husband would let me throw a huge 1 year anniversary party I would hire Katie in a heartbeat to help plan it!
