The Garter Girl
Julianne Smith is known as The Garter Girl. She designs and hand creates simply, stylish wedding garters. In October of 2009, Julianne gave away pink wedding garters to support the 25th anniversary of breast cancer awareness month. In support of this, Katie wore one of Julianne’s garters in support and memory of those affected by cancer.
